Note:	Edward W. Sharland 'Edward Sharland': An English architectural and landscape etcher, Edward W. Sharland was a full member of the Fine Art Trade Guild. His etchings were exhibited in Liverpool, Bristol and at the Royal West of England Academy and at the Royal Academy, London. Specializing in colour etchings, much of Edward Sharland's work was published in London by either Frost and Reed or Bell. Well traveled, Edward Sharland's etchings include scenes of cities in Italy, Spain, Belgium and Holland as well as views of London, Liverpool, Manchester and Bristol.

Condition:	Printed on early 20th century thick wove paper and with at least 1" margins beyond the plate-mark on all sides. Signed in pencil by the artist along the lower margin. A finely printed, full colour impression and in excellent condition throughout. Bruges represents a fine example of the art of Edward W. Sharland.
