Note:	Kostia-B (Jeanin Kostia-Blancheteau): A twentieth century painter and lithographer, Jeanin Kostia-Blancheteau, known as (Kostia-B) studied art at the Ecole des Arts Appliques for a period of six years. Shortly thereafter her art was the subject of solo exhibitions in both Paris and Cannes. As well, she has annually exhibited at the Salon des Independents and at the Salon Nationnale des Beaux-Arts.
	During her career Jeanin, sometimes spelt, (Jeanine), Kostia-B has won such awards as the Prix de I’lle de France, Prix Populist, Prix Antral, Prix de la Peinture de Grece and the Prix de la Peinture des Artistes Espagnols. The artist is best known for her marine scenes and landscapes.
	During the 1960's and early 1970's The Collector's Guild commissioned and published a number of original lithographs and etchings by leading contemporary artists from around the world. During this period, this firm published various original graphic works of art by the French artist, Kostia-B (Jeanin Kostia-Blancheteau), such works include, Paysage du Berry, Les Greves du Mont St. Michel, Les Voiles Rouges, Bouquet aux Plupsails, La Village Corse, La Branche, Jeune-fille devant Vethenil, La Branche, La Crique (The Cove), and this original lithograph by Kostia-B, Sailboats in the Harbor which was published by The Collector's Guild Limited of New York in a sole edition of 275 signed impressions.
