Oddbjorn Stolen - Mountain Summer

Mountain Summer

Oddbjorn Stolen's original aquatint engraving, Mountain Summer was created by the contemporary Norwegian printmaker in 1970. Abstracted elements of land and sea provide a major inspiration for this artist's work. Landscape, Stolen states, "expresses conditions of the soul. "

This abstract landscape is printed upon a large sheet of smooth, archival paper and with full margins as published in a limited edition of one hundred and fifty impressions. It is signed, dated, titled and numbered by the artist in pencil along the lower margin. Mountain Summer is a fine, original example of the Norwegian art of Oddbjorn Stolen.
