Henry Ritter - Deutschland im Jahr 1848 Germany in the Year 1848

Deutschland im Jahr 1848 (Germany in the Year 1848)

Henry Ritter's original lithograph, Deutschland im Jahr 1848 (Germany in the Year 1848) is both a commentary and satire upon Germany's political situation at that time. The Deutsches Historisches Museum, Berlin, has in its collection a lithograph entitled, Deutschland im Jahr 1847, and, like this original lithograph, the artist is Henry Ritter and the publisher is Arnz & Co.
