Leontine Tintner Camprubi's original silkscreen Departure is printed on thick, hand-made, laid paper and with full, deckled margins as created by the artist between 1960 and 1970. This impression bears the stamp, "Leontine Camprubi: Provenance, Estate of Inez Camprubi", on the verso. "Departure" is a fine, original example of the art created by the American artist, Leontine Tintner Camprubi, also known as 'Leontine Camprubi'.

Note: Leontine Tintner Camprubi 'Leontine Camprubi': A New Jersey painter and printmaker, Leontine Camprubi initially studied at the Art Students League of New York and then concluded her education at the Colorado Springs Fine Art Center and in Switzerland. Concentrating mainly upon figure studies and social scenes, the artist exhibited with such institutions as the Salmagundi Club, New York, and the Corcoran Gallery and internationally in such countries as Brazil, Switzerland and Austria. Leontine Camprubi was a full member of the Boston Art Club.
Provenance: This original silkscreen, entitled "Departure" was formerly in the collection of the estate of Inez Camprubi and bearing her estate stamp on the verso. The artist's sister, Inez Camprubi Mabon is known as both an editor and writer. Leontine Camprubi married Gehardt Tintner.

Condition: Printed on thick, hand-made, laid paper and with full, deckled margins as created by the artist around the above date. Containing slight creasing in the upper left corner else a finely printed impression with full, unfaded colors and in very good condition throughout. Bearing the stamp, "Leontine Camprubi: Provenance, Estate of Inez Camprubi", on the verso. "Departure" represents a superb, original example of the art of Leontine Tintner Camprubi 'Leontine Camprubi'.
